Refund policy

Overview

Refunds are available for unused GuestSnap events. Unused means no photos or videos were uploaded to the event album by you or any guest. To prevent abuse, eligibility and final decisions are at GuestSnap’s discretion.

Eligibility

Eligible:

  • Event album with zero uploads.

Not eligible:

  • Any album with one or more guest uploads, we won't count test uploads by host.

  • Accounts flagged for abuse or fraud.

  • Prior refunds for the same customer that indicate misuse.

We verify status using server logs and internal checks. We may request additional details to confirm non-use.

How to request a refund

Subject: Refund request

Include:

  • Account email

  • Event name and date

  • Short reason

If approved

  • Refund goes to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary.

  • Your event album and your account are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

  • All links and QR codes stop working.

Service issues

If a platform issue prevented uploads, email contact@guestsnap.com with timestamps, device details, and any screenshots. We review case by case and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Contact us first. We resolve most issues faster than a card dispute. We may contest chargebacks.
